  • Content: All text, images, audio, video, code, and materials available on the Platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, User licenses end.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria , or small claims court if applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Users of material changes via email or Platform announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
